In Two's

Behind the white curtain
burdened by dust
and invisible infestations,
there lies an exact replica
of a white light.
A light conceived
by a waking of neglect.
Like a portrait
in a semi-translucent canvass,
It remains unchanged.
With no wobbling,
it stays unaltered.
But further more
the canvass that mimicked
the calmness of the night sky,
there lies a semi-glow
of gray-scattered conspicuousness.
Unlike the unchanging portrait
its parent is a great ball
of vitality
(bigger than tangibility,
smaller than imagination)
Unlike the light
painted on the glass window,
It ebbs like
the tide it commands.
One light, unchanging
Another, seemingly falling.
For once it was a top all,
now it took cover
behind the concrete pane.
It slowly disappears
but it will greet
the goodbyes of the undilating
charm of day,
where it sits gleefully
in its borrowed thrown.
One light is unchanging,
another, dynamic.
